Family Court of Australia  Legal Costs Assessment Forms (current as at April 2015)

Costs Notice Chapter 19 (Prescribed Brochure):   This brochure provides information about legal costs to which Chapter 19 of the Family Law Rules 2004 applies. It provides information about party and party costs (what a person entitled to costs may recover) and disputing an account (the process) for applications in the Family Court of AustraliaNOTE: for those cases that are already before the Family Court of Australia as at 30 June 2008 and remain regulated by Schedule 6 of the Family Law Rules see the schedule 6 prescribed brochure.  

Itemised Costs Account:   This form has been prepared by the Court to assist a person  required to serve an itemised costs account in accordance with Rule 19.22. and clause 6.23 of Schedule 6 of the Family Law Rules.

Notice disputing Itemised Costs Account:   This notice is used by a person who has received an itemised costs account from a lawyer and wishes to dispute it. It cannot be used until an itemised costs account has been received.
